Dickson Lai, a Life & business coach who has more than 20 years of real world experience in developing and operating businesses in Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong & China. He is the founder of SQR Indonesia, a Business Intelligent Company that provides data analytics services. He also operates a training and coaching business in Malaysia that focuses on human development using Brain Activation technology (scientific designation - Neurofeedback) to unleash the brain power for children and adults. Along with his coaching services, he has the ability to empower an individual on their life journey. Dickson builds upon his experiences with large IT Companies and management consulting firm like Sybase, Attachmate, PwC Consulting.
He started as a Computer Engineer after completed his Engineering in Electronic and exposed to Mini-Computer. He moved to China, where his experience was in managing businesses. He was appointed as the Management Consultant in PwC Consulting in Hong Kong, which he found his passion in business development and data analytics. His interest in Data Analytics led him to create (2010) “Power of Five” methodology to simplify the application of business intelligence in assisting businesses to make brilliant decisions. He has consulted several large organizations in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore including the retail & distribution, telecommunications, and financial services. In recent years, he was introduced to life coaching and found his passion in human potential when he was made aware of Brain Activation (scientific designation - Neurofeedback).
Being a Neurofeedback practitioner, he is passionate to unleash one’s brainpower by exercising their brainwaves. His primary goal is to become a recognized co-creator by applying his SuperBrain Program in innovative ways.
